Samba dancing is an intense cardiovascular dance modality with repetitive movements that stimulate and activate your joints and motor coordination. Samba (conceptual) Fitness (physical activity) brings together those who don't have direct contact with samba, carnival and this artistic universe that a dancer or member of a samba school has, but can also be practiced by ordinary people who love and want to have fun and understand a little more of our culture.
